Fitting
this Audiobahn screen required extra care, due
to the unique foam filling the headrest.
A special surround was designed and crafted, which allowed retention
of the headrest contents and shape. |

The
fitting of this Screen required a bespoke fibreglass
frame to be built, then finishing in matching leather.
But firstly we had to remove and rehouse the existing
clock and push buttons elsewhere onto the dashboard. |

Careful
planning was needed to deliver a maximum-sized
screen without having to sacrifice the CD tuner
in this central console re-build. Detailed measurement,
followed by accurate design, selection of materials
and handcrafting, produced an exact match to the
main facia. |
